These are the hands of Claudia Andrea Montoya.
She is a human rights attorney supporting Red Juvenil that just served a two month jail term and is currently under house arrest in Medellin, Colombia. Her arrest is an all too common intimidation tactic seen in Colombia and other places in the world where free speech is not free. She declined to have her picture taken out of respect for her family.
